Materials Coordinator

Materials Coordinator - Swedish Issaquah (Full Time, Day Shift)

Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Mondays to Fridays)

Utilizes a computerized MMIS (Materials Management Information System) and associated hardware / software, to conduct physical inventories, replenishment of supply areas (such as patient care and ancillary areas), receive incoming stock and non-stock freight and parcel shipments, and put away inventory items. Prepares and coordinates outgoing parcel and freight shipments.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year Of inventory systems, receiving, warehousing and/or supply distribution using a computerized MMIS in a perpetual inventory system within the previous three years.

Preferred qualifications:

• Coursework/Training and Inventory and supply distribution management courses.

• Experience in a healthcare environment.

Experience with material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jack, etc).
