SUMMARY:
The Materials Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate transactions within the warehouse from receiving, cycle count, closed jobs, and other inventory control measures. This position is responsible for working with warehouse, receiving, purchasing, and other support functions to ensure that all material transactions are happening accurately and efficiently. A successful candidate is a self-motivated multi-tasker that utilizes a strong work ethic to ensure all quality levels are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolving receiving discrepancies with high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Coordinating resolution on material reports and transactions (closed jobs, NCMR/debit tracker, etc)
Freight claim resolution
Cycle Count reporting and entry
Communication with trucking companies on scheduling and issues
Supporting indirect receiving transactions
Materials picklist issuing and process coordination
Receiving jobs on the production floor
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
High level of attention to detail
Strong communication skills
Multi-tasking
Oracle Knowledge
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Warehouse/Materials experience preferred
Experience working within computer/ERP systems
Forklift certification training provided

Work Hours/Status:
The 1st shift includes Monday
Thursday 5am
3pm.
Thursday 3pm
1am with a shift differential of $3.00/hr.
