Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to complete the required SAP transactions when shipments are reported by suppliers for materials shipping to jobsites and customers for SPX Cooling Technologies. Responsibilities of this position include maintaining the secured folders for purposes of audits and other questions that would require reviewing what was reported that generated the transaction. The results of the transactions are billing to customers and potential revenue recognition for month/quarter end results. Secondary responsibilities are to assist as a backup in working in the Enterprise TMS system and to do standard follow ups with suppliers for the Buyer/Planners who have placed the PO's if available to assist.


  • Requires timely and efficient completion of the required SAP transactions on a daily basis

  • Responsible for maintaining the integrity of the information provided to do the transactions.

  • Provide assistance when asked by the business regarding the completed transactions.

  • Be knowledgeable of the Enterprise TMS system to assist with needs in the department.

  • Assist Material Managers with specific request to follow up on status of purchase orders and or maintain SAP for efficient communications to the business.


  • Complete all required transactions on a daily basis with accurate information. For month and quarter end, this may require transactions being done on Saturday.

  • Set and achieve goals with continuous improvements in processes.

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-3 year's of experience


  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems

Operational Duties: * Build the surgery center's reputation with physicians, patients, third party payors, and the community in general. * Facilitate positive effective working relationships with the Governing Body, Medical Director, and Medical Staff. * Call upon and oversee the use of corporate personnel and hospital resources.
