We are accepting applications from quality candidates for a warehouse position with Red Wing Shoe Company. Our warehouses require attention to detail and quality as well as working efficiently in team settings and/or independently.
We are accepting applications for:
Starting pay is $17.40 per hour (base rate is $16.85 plus $.55 shift premium), with frequent pay increases earning up to $19.95 per hour (includes shift premium) within 18 months.
Candidates with qualifications best matching those of the Material Handler position will be contacted for an interview.
0 - 2 years of experience in a light industrial, manufacturing and/or warehousing environment
Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds
Ability to frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, lift and additional movement as required by specific jobs
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and /or independently
Must be minimum of 18 years of age to be considered
All offers of employment are contingent on satisfactory results of a background check and physical exam which includes a drug screen.
