Mega Force Statesville Branch is currently looking for experienced Material Handler for immediate opportunity!
Responsibilities of the Material Handler:
Load and unload materials in warehouses and storage facilities.
Receive materials into an organization and verify materials against invoices to ensure the accuracy of the delivery.
Count or weigh parts to check quantity accuracy.
Pick parts/materials for shipment and package according to shipping procedures.
Perform transactions in the inventory system to enter new quantities and, during shipping transactions, to remove inventory from stock.
Use material moving equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and dollies to bring products and materials to an appropriate location.


Requirements:
Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED
Hiring

Requirements:
Candidate must be willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
Job Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of forklift operator experience
Valid drivers license
Must be willing to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.

General Duties & Responsibilities * Adheres to Organization’s Policy and Procedures * Assists department in carrying out various programs and procedures * Acts as a role model within and outside the Company * Performs duties as workload necessitates * Maintains a positive and respectful attitude * Communicates regularly with supervisor about Department issues * Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload * Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position * Participates in administrative staff meetings, committees, and special projects * Recommends new approaches to effect on-going continual improvements to policies, procedures, and documentation * Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations * Performs other related duties as required and assigned * Consistently promotes the company’s core values. * Completes required Curo annual training. Essential Functions of Position * Conduct QA audits in a proactive, recurrent manner to support company infrastructure. * Audit electronic documentation specific to LOS and make recommendations to management accordingly * Utilize information gathered to facilitate alterations to the HomeCareHomeBase (HCHB) documentation to prevent recurrence * Collate local documentation data outcomes and utilize company-wide for QA improvements * Quantify documentation and guide local management in the direction required to assure quality of patient documentation from all disciplines, to support terminality. * Review patient charts and set-up management calls to make documentation recommendations. * Assist local management with appropriate discharge plans and timeline when indicated. * Participate in the definition of factors which influence and affect the care rendered to the Hospice patients. * Design, periodically review, and implement the total quality assurance plan. * Assist with the orientation and on-going education of the Board of Director, Advisory Committee, and Hospice Agency staff relative to the quality assurance plan and the standards of care. * Identify general and specific needs of staff relative to their skills and makes arrangements for them to receive special training as indicated. * Assist in the design and fulfillment of the in-service education plan and ensure that proper in-service records are maintained. * Ensure that staff has all the material necessary to perform their work and, at least once per year, review the policy and procedure manual and other written materials * Stay current with practices in the Hospice field and suggests texts, workshop, and audiovisual materials and other resource, which would be beneficial to the staff. * Coordinate the quarterly clinical record review. * Complete research, analysis, and report preparation * Assist in adjustments to HCHB limit recurrence of areas of deficiency. Job Specifications: Specialized Knowledge/Skills: * Understand documentation required to support medical necessity of hospice care. * Understand the intricacies of LOS and Disease states and how they interrelate. * Able to extrapolate data from survey outcomes and apply that to the QAPI and HCHB initiatives. * Able to work with confidential information * Well organized and confident to work independently, but will be a team player. * Demonstrate initiative in researching and resolving issues. * Discern areas in need of continued improvement. * Able to collect and process time-sensitive information from multiple sources * Detail- and deadline-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task * Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn and retain new or evolving information and procedures * Able to communicate effectively with other departments * Flexible and responsive to changing business needs Education/Experience: * Registered nurse currently licensed in the state with preferably a BSN or equivalent degree * Three years of Hospice and Home Care experience with one year supervisory or management experience which requires responsibility for evaluation, training, and personnel supervision * Experience participating in state surveys * Texas Joint Commission experience preferred License/Certification: * Valid driver’s license and insurance coverage Training/Equipment: * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Work Environment/Physical Requirements: * Fast-paced cubical office environment * Some stress may occur * Ability to travel up to 25% * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, and to speak and hear. The employee is required to stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
