Job Description:
The Team Lead position is responsible for providing clear direction to other members of the Cambria Plant Raw Materials Warehouse Team in Kasota with the ability to fill in for the Site leader in their absence. This position will also be performing daily warehouse material handling duties. All daily raw material department operations must run seamlessly while serving the supply needs of the Cambria plant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Move raw materials to and from storage, production areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles using a forklift
Organize and maintain overall appearance of the loading dock including raw materials, packages and pallets to ensure timely, accurate and careful delivery
Email and communicate with offsite warehouses and trucking companies
Drive a forklift for a significant portion of shift
Follow proper maintenance procedures for the forklift
Maintain and report inventory needs
Maintain documentation of inventory, shipping records, receiving inventory and receiving shipping records
Provide clear direction to the other material handlers with their daily tasks
Notify a Raw Materials Warehouse Supervisor/Manager immediately of any safety concerns
Oversee the safety and productivity level of all workers
Provide leadership in the Raw Materials Warehouse department and verifies compliance with Cambria guidelines and general industry standards
Receive and move materials within the Oracle system
Perform general clerical, data entry and maintenance, filing, ordering supplies, answering phones, etc.
Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Raw Materials Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Keep work area clean and orderly

Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to read and write in English to complete required documentation
Lead/Supervisor experience
Basic computer skills
Ability to become certified in forklift operation
Forklift experience
Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Basic math skills
Industrial work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous office / warehouse experience / receiving process
Previous manufacturing experience
Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 3 years warehouse experience
Systems: Oracle (preferred)

Physical Requirements:
Work at varying heights, including on the rooftop of the buildings
Lift up to 60 lbs.

Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift for up to 12 hours, with intermittent breaks
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria
Participate in daily stretch and flex exercises
Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions
Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift
Bend over multiple times throughout shift
