Job Summary:A Material Handler II performs a wide range of basic duties to help maintain warehouse stock and assist in fulfilling orders, including loading/unloading trucks for shipping and receiving within a fast-paced work environment. All responsibilities must be carried out safely to provide customer satisfaction to our internal and external customers, as consistent with Makita's company values. Pick and Pack Parts including All Picking tasks. * Perform Desktop functions in the WMS systems.* RF Gun * Perform cycle counts and perform basic inventory functions. * Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and customer compliance procedures. * Maintain a neat, orderly, clean, and safe work area which may include, but is not limited to sweeping, dusting, trash disposal, and all other sanitation duties as assigned. * Should be flexible to assist in multiple areas of the warehouse based on business demand. * Perform all job functions in the shipping and receiving area. * Load and unload trucks. * Manifest and use the TMS System. * Perform validation processes on orders within the shipping department. * Forklift Certification REACH TRUCK EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS* ReplenishmentOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilitiesthat are required of the employee for this job.
