ICI Services is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team in Panama City, FL . We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Services, and Technical Services to government clients in 14 states and the District of Columbia. We need a Material Handler ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Security Clearance:

  • Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance

Responsibilities:

  • Perform clerical and physical tasks in connection with shipping goods and receiving incoming shipments

  • Verify the correctness of incoming shipments by comparing items and quantities unloaded against bills of lading, invoices, manifests, storage receipts, or other records, checking for damaged goods, insuring that goods are appropriately identified for routing to departments within the establishment

  • Responsible for verifying materials against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations

  • Execute storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials, reporting deterioration and damage

  • Remove materials from storage and preparing it for shipment

  • Manually loading or unloading freight cars, trucks, or other transporting devices; unpacking, shelving, or placing items in proper storage locations or transporting material

Experience Requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years of related experience

  • All applicants must possess a valid driver's license and be capable of lifting 50 lbs.

  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SAP background a plus)

  • Knowledge with DOD Supply processes is a plus

  • Warehouse exposure

  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented work experience

  • Experience with conducting inventory

SUMMARY Provide technical support while meeting COMSEC information requirements. Provide support services to the Communications Office operations and all output from the Communications Office. Maintain procedural manuals and instructions pertaining to Communication Center operations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Operate the Communications Center equipment in support of communications operations. * Separate messages by classification levels and then by user. * Distribute both classified and unclassified messages via appropriate NMCI or Next Generation Enterprise Network (NGEN) connection. * Manually review and route all messages. * Create and maintain a list of manually routed message subjects and individual recipients. * Destroy all unclassified and classified hard copy messages by shredding. * Perform as COMSEC Witness and assist the NSWC PCD Key Management Operating Account Managers (KOAMs) in performing routine administrative tasks relating to the Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) account (e.g., inventorying, loading, re-keying, destroying (zeroizing) key, packaging, and receipting for and transporting COMSEC materials. * Execute routine administrative duties and assist KOAMs with general file maintenance. * Maintain Two-Person Integrity (TPI) requirements after security containers and classified keying material marked CRYPTO have been opened by KOAMs. * Assist in conducting page checks and entering amendments and corrections into COMSEC and KMI - related publications. * Sign receipt, inventory and destruction report, as a witness only. * Assist in the placement of status markings on COMSEC material. * Accompany or support KOAMs in maintaining TPI when picking up COMSEC material from a courier, and during the processing or transfer of COMSEC material. * Sign as a witness the following: Central Office of Record Accounting Reports; Defense COMSEC Material System (DCMS)-Generated Standard Form (SF) 153 'COMSEC Material Report" Inventory Reports; SF 153 Destruction Reports; SF 153 Relief from Accountability Reports * Assist in opening and performing inventory of COMSEC material shipments. * Send mandatory monthly training, provided by KOAMs, to personnel with access to COMSEC and track responses. * Evaluate training requirements for all users and ensure their readiness to perform message traffic services. * Execute training strategies to provide the necessary level of knowledge for all users. Provide support services to the Media Transfer Agent (MTA) in accordance with Command Directives. * Maintain daily physical security checks and logs, which include SF 701 "Active Security Checklist" and SF 702 "Security Container Check Sheet" and equipment inventory and visitor logs, as required in Government provided workspace. * Operate an Automated Entry Control Systems (AECS) client workstation to create access credential records, insert and edit associated access rights, revise or delete records, and produce reports. Required Skills * Security clearance at the TOP SECRET level. * Formal U.S. military training and experience in the handling of COMSEC materials, or completion of applicable portions of the NAVEDTRA 43462 Personnel Qualification Standard (PQS). * Demonstrated experience as a COMSEC Clerk and in administrative tasks related to Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) program, packaging, receiving, and transporting COMSEC and KMI materials, placing status markings on COMSEC material, and conducting page checks and entering amendments and corrections into Electronic Key Management System publications. * Prior training and experience in the operation of a U.S. military telecommunications center including transmission, receipt, acceptance, processing, and distribution of incoming and outgoing message traffic.
