Responsible for count and the location of inventory in assigned area. Responsible for pulling part orders the same day as shipper is received. Ensure all orders are pulled to assigned assembly area. May work in other areas of operations as needed.

Responsible for count and the location of inventory in assigned area.

Ensure all orders are pulled to assigned assembly area. Communicate with team to prioritize as needed.
Exercises good judgment; work reviewed by others. Ensure assigned housekeeping task are completed as needed. This would specifically include but no limited to: cardboard and removal, empty basket removal, and keeping aisle ways free of clutter and excess inventory Accountabilities: (1) PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT Actively participates in the PMP process and develop SMART goals and objectives. Provide comment(s) in the accountabilities, objectives, competencies and the overall comment section. Comments need to be of good quality and support the self-assessment rating. (2) SAFETYAchieve division safety goals by ensuring your work, and the work of others is performed safely, by actively maintaining a safe work environment and abiding by all safety policies. Timely reporting of all near misses and/or safety incidences is required. Wear PPE at all times. Actively participate and complete all Pure Safety Training as scheduled. Make legitimate safety recommendations to safety committee (in writing) after observing a potential hazard that could result in injury. Have zero recordable accidents.(3) COMMUNICATIONCommunicate timely to Management on all pertinent issues related to your daily work (i.e., job status, back log, machine and/or tooling issues.)(4) CIP & 6SEmbrace and drive a CIP environment in your area of responsibility and throughout the organization. Practice good housekeeping in and around your work area. This includes preventative maintenance. Complete yellow belt training. Supports and participates in CIP projects when required or initiates projects. Uses STAR (Stop, Think, Act, Review). (5) TIME MANAGEMENT & ATTENDANCEWork fair share of overtime to meet schedule and shop dates. Work Saturdays and/or weekends when required. Maintains overall good attendance (not leaving work area & quitting early in order to minimize no-pay hours, no extended breaks or lunches, reports to work on time and is at work station ready to start work at scheduled starting time).
Education: High school diploma or GED is required
Preferably 2 years' experience doing similar work
Ability to operate sit-down fork lift, stand-up fork lift, scissor lift, and pallet jack in a safe manner; maintain lift equipment license
Good working knowledge of Oracle skills, including but not limited to: supply & demand; locations; discrete job transactions; Material transactions; Move transactions; Inventory Management
Must be able to identify parts by part number and alloy symbols
Must be able to read and process all types of internal paperwork
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Experience with bar coding systems
