What Will You Do:

  • Exhibits safe work habits to ensure a safe working environment. Complies with company safety regulations and guidelines.

  • Supporters and is committed to Nalco Champion/Ecolab's Quality Improvement Process. Plans strategies to ensure error-free work by "doing it right the first time". Conveys this attitude in the daily performance of various duties. May participate as a member of various quality teams and may assist in the development of action plans as required.

  • Loads, unload, and stores finished products, raw materials, supplies, and containers

  • Cycle counts inventory as directed

  • Stages batches for production

  • Repackages products for shipment or storage

  • Responsible for understanding KPI's and working as part of a TEAM toward established objectives

Position Details:

  • Plant located in: Evansville, WY

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Ability to operate a forklift (forklift certified)

  • Must be willing to work various shifts

  • Able to operate a computer device, either handheld or forklift mounted

  • Must have the ability to don a respirator

  • Must have the ability to wear fall protection if necessary

  • No immigration sponsorship offered

Physical Demands:

  • Able to lift and carry 50 pounds

  • Have the ability to bend, squat down, and reach above your head,

  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college education or working toward a degree

  • Previous manufacturing plant experience

  • Previous warehouse experience

  • Proficiency in SAP use
