What Will You Do:
Exhibits safe work habits to ensure a safe working environment. Complies with company safety regulations and guidelines.
Supporters and is committed to Nalco Champion/Ecolab's Quality Improvement Process. Plans strategies to ensure error-free work by "doing it right the first time". Conveys this attitude in the daily performance of various duties. May participate as a member of various quality teams and may assist in the development of action plans as required.
Loads, unload, and stores finished products, raw materials, supplies, and containers
Cycle counts inventory as directed
Stages batches for production
Repackages products for shipment or storage
Responsible for understanding KPI's and working as part of a TEAM toward established objectives
High school diploma/GED
Ability to operate a forklift (forklift certified)
Must be willing to work various shifts
Able to operate a computer device, either handheld or forklift mounted
Must have the ability to don a respirator
Must have the ability to wear fall protection if necessary

Able to lift and carry 50 pounds
Have the ability to bend, squat down, and reach above your head,
Ability to climb stairs and ladders
Some college education or working toward a degree
Previous manufacturing plant experience
Previous warehouse experience
Proficiency in SAP use
