Work Schedule: Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime, Hours and shifts are subject to change.

Shift: 1B Thursday- Saturday/every other Wednesday. 5:00am-5:00pm

Location: (RDC) Mesa, Arizona

Meet the team:

Warehousing position that is expected complete all tasks under general supervision. Material Handler 4 performs a variety of warehouse functions including but not limited to receiving, shipping, manufacturing support, and inventory control. Position in responsible for completing the physical and systematic movement of material in accordance with all safety, cGMP, and quality procedures. Position is expected to transact all material timely and compile and maintain all required documents for material movement as per quality procedures. This position may work with raw materials, dangerous goods, WIP materials, finished goods, returned goods, R&D materials, etc.

  • Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors.

  • Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedules / work products.

  • Provides direct supervision to individual contributors and/or support individual contributors/matrix reports.

  • Acts as advisor to unit or sub-units and may become actively involved, as required, to meet schedules and resolve problems.

  • People management responsibilities include hiring / terminations, performance reviews, career development coaching and compensation decisions.

  • Monitors equipment performance and makes minor adjustments such as set-ups, calibrations

What makes you successful:

  • 6+ years of experience in material handling role.
  • 6+ year experience in a cGMP environment
  • 6+ years utilizing PTL/Oracle ERP/High Jump WMS or 3+ years of experience completing transactions in other PTL/ERP/WMS system
  • 1+ year experience operating electric powered material handling equipment.

Experience and Education:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 6-8 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.

Language Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Examples of English language proficiency may include (but are not limited to): ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to verbally communicate with leadership, employees, and auditors; ability to comprehend spoken language.

Physical Demands:

Employees in this position may be required to perform the following physical activities: standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time; frequent use of the hands, fingers, wrist, and greater arm to handle small materials, tools, boxes, and trays; lifting and carrying objects up to 50Ibs; occasional overhead reaches and lifts; occasional lifts and reaches below the knee; occasional pushing and pulling of materials and objects with moderate forces; occasional crouching/kneeling, twisting, and squatting movements.

Work Environment:

Employees may be exposed to the following environmental conditions while performing this job: work near moving parts, work with chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, extreme heat (non-weather), extreme cold (non-weather), exposure to intense light and/or intermittent light, fast-paced work, and elevated noise levels.
