Material Handler- 2Nd Shift

Natron Energy is seeking Material Handlers on 2nd shift, to support the day-to-day movement, handling, and storage of different materials, supplies, and goods throughout its various production areas and warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Shipping and receiving activities.

• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.

• Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.

• Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.

• Document materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.

• Prepares finished stock for shipment.

• Use forklift and overhead cranes to perform duties.

• Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling.

• Seek continuous improvement as well as personal and professional development.

• Wear proper PPE: Safety Glasses, Safety Vest, and Safety Shoes. (additional PPE may be required)

• Fill out the daily check lists.

Experience & Skills:

• This is a full time, permanent position.

• Employees must work on site in Holland.

• Certified forklift, crane and other heavy machinery operator

• Exemplify a "can-do" attitude and spirit.

• Ability to promote teamwork, positive communication and cross-functional problem solving.

• An excellent problem solver.

• Safety conscious: continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity.

• Knowledge of safety gear: Safety Glasses, Safety Vest, and Safety Shoes. (additional PPE may be required)

• Knowledge of all lean, 6S and flow manufacturing principles

Safety Considerations:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Position requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time.

• Able to operate and handle heavy machinery.

• No physical limitations to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including respirators when required.

Logistics:

• This is a full time, permanent position.

• Shift hours are 3:30pm-12:00am.

• Employees must work on-site in Holland.
