full-time Second Shift Material Handler to join our team!

Shift: Second 1:30pm

• 10:00pm M-F Pay: $23 + and a 15% shift premium for working second shift

Work Location: 809 Philip Drive, Waukesha, WI 53186

What we do: The Gund Company is in the business of engineered material manufacturing. We are the industry leader in manufacturing and fabricating specialized engineered thermoplastic materials that provide a unique performance advantage. (think: Customized non-conductive parts for diverse industries). We manufacture and fabricate custom parts from drawings and sample parts (reverse engineering).

What specifically will you be doing?

• Move material within the warehouse and/or production facility.

• Load and unload trucks, pulling customer orders together and assembling for shipment.

• Daily use of Forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Receive, inspect, store or pull and stage material for fabrication according to standard procedures.

• Ensure materials/products are stored, tagged, or staged in a timely manner.

• Pull and stage material based on (FIFO) sequence required to complete each work order.

• Perform cycle counts to validate inventory quantities and locations.

• Act as backup for shipping & packing by helping to prepare shipment as required.

Requirements:

What do we need from you?

• Sit Down Fork Lift experience, required.

• Intermediate to advanced math skills, required.

• Ability to use basic measuring instruments, required.

• Ability to understand drawing and blue prints, required.

• Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is a plus.
