Job Description Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within establishments by performing the following duties.
Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Operates: Electric Pallet Jacks, Sit Down and Stand Up Forklifts in loading or moving materials and products.
Identify and compare product by number code
Load materials/products on trucks
Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area.
Secures lifting attachments to materials and conveys load to destination or signals crane or hoisting operators to move load to destination.
Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled using bin locators or floor locations for inventory accuracy.
High School Diploma/GED * Forklift Experience
Good Safety Record
Must have the ability to work in a team environment and maintain regular attendance
Must be able to work overtime as business need dictates Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
