Job Summary
Collaborates with children/adolescents, their families, guardians, and other care providers through designing and implementing individual, group, and family therapy in a residential setting. In conjunction with Program Director, provides clinical leadership to program staff by implementing the treatment plan in the residential milieu.
Qualifications/Credentials
Master's degree in Mental Health or related field required; license eligible
Licensing requirements vary by funding source
Able to maintain MA state professional license; completes required Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for renewal
Specializes in adolescent and family systems issues
Specializes in evidence-based interventions
Knowledgeable about trauma-informed care
Residential experience preferred
Able to learn, carry out and be certified in CPI physical interventions, and de-escalation techniques
Able to learn, carry out and be certified in MAP, CPR and first aid
MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification preferred
Advanced writing and computer skills
Good time management and organizational skills
Valid MA driver's license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance
Acceptable CORI, SORI and DEEC background record check including fingerprinting
