Responsibilities What you'll do Collaborate with Operations and Quality to design, develop, implement, and maintain a robust training and certification program for the vehicle accessory installation program (MDO/PIA). Ensure training program compliance to WW Solutions 3-Step training methodology. Develop and follow a final quality checklist of inspection/ audit procedures and provide recommendations to improve performance and efficiencies.

Perform Workstation Validation Audits to ensure that processes are being followed, and that the procedures are accurate and efficient. Perform Environmental, Health, and Safety audits to ensure compliance Complete required courses to maintain VW Master Technician Certification Stay up to date on the latest models, accessories, and methods for VW product coming through the facility. May require some travel.

Additional duties and responsibilities as determined by management. Qualifications What you'll need • Volkswagen Master Technician Certification (current) or ASE • Minimum three (3) years practical experience as a VW Master Tech in a VPC or Dealership environment. • Experience as a Foreman/ Supervisor is a major plus. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet all performance expectations. • Strong professional communication skills • A sense of urgency and display flexibility to meet changing priorities and business needs.
