Master Service Technician - El Patron Harley Davidson

El Patron Harley-Davidson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is looking to add a couple of Master Level Harley-Davidson Service Technicians to our El Cajon, CA location. Candidates must have comprehensive knowledge of early & late model Harley-Davidson bikes with the ability to perform accurate diagnostics and quality repairs, as well as Master Level Certifications. Must have your own tools.

Requirements

• MMI Graduate or equivalent Harley-Davidson Certification
• 7+ years of verifiable motorcycle technician experience (a minimum of 5 of those years with Harley-Davidson)
• Master level certifications
• Own a set of comprehensive tools to perform service, repair and customization work to company specifications
• Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement and clean driving record
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, organized and punctual
• Detail-oriented, quality conscious
• Ability to pass a detailed background check
• Positive Attitude and Great Customer Service
• Your own set of tools
