Seeking a Master Plumber on a part-time basis. Must possess your valid Colorado Master Plumbing License. Job Responsibilities:

As a Colorado Master Plumber license holder, you will be available on a part-time basis, for 20-30 hours per week, with the following job responsibilities: Ensure business standards are achieved and maintained by all technicians in the water heater and plumbing installation process. Pull permits and supervise water heater installation and miscellaneous plumbing jobs Monitor performance proactively by field visits, customer contact, report analysis, and reaction to feedback Respond to all Customer complaints, compliments and inquires in a timely manner.

Preform equipment replacement estimates on condemned equipment. Identify areas of needed improvement and work to correct those areas. Understand and follow union CBA where it applies.

Interact with Field Training Manager for course needs and development. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years management experience with serving and installations in the Plumbing and HVAC field. Colorado Master Plumber License required Effective Management of a unionized workforce consisting of several Field Technicians.

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills Team player Field Oriented , in depth knowledge of HVAC field and Management focus Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously on a regular basis. Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel proficient. In Return We Offer:
