Master Machinist Level 1

OPS Consulting is seeking an experienced Master Machinist Level 1to work in College Park, MD.Required Experience: The master machinist shall fabricate equipment and other assemblies and provide other model shop services to advance research projects. Additional responsibilities will include:

• Manage and oversee shop resources.
• Fabricate equipment and assemblies required to advance research.
• Design, build, and maintain systems.
• Design, fabricate, and maintain specialized laboratory equipment.

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years' experience conceptualizing, designing, and building apparatus for scientific research, to include programming and operation of CNC machines.
