Windsor Locks Engine & Environmental Control Systems Operations is seeking a highly energized, motivated individual to manage material planning, cell SIOP, and ERP settings within the Windsor Locks AMS Operations business unit. The successful candidate will be expected to champion the use of Continuous Improvement tools to identify areas for improvement within the internal value stream and develop plans which allow us to meet organizational objectives. This position will report to the Windsor Locks AMS Planning Supervisor.
Engineering change incorporation.
Managing development materials.
SAP planning setup.
Plan for every Part review and updates.
Message management; cell capacity analysis and synergy with Production Scheduling and Logistics teams for day-to-day Adjustments to support the shop floor load schedule.
Familiar with SAP for production/development orders and inventory management.
Champion the use of Continuous Improvement tools to identify areas for improvement within the internal value stream and develop plans which allow us to meet organizational objectives.
Maintenance of established metrics and reports as well as any new metric requests is also required in this position.
