POSITION INFO:

POSITION TITLE: IS/Master Data Controller

DEPARTMENT/CATEGORY: Manufacturing

JOB TYPE: Salary Exempt Level 2

PERFORMANCE SUMMARY:

Manages IS related project at both the plant an user levels, including but not limited to, maintenance and support of computers,

label printers, office printers/copiers, phones, etc. installation of software, and design of labels and bar codes.

Leads all IS related projects such as computer upgrades, communications systems security systems, etc.

Responsible for IS hardware purchasing recommendations. Responsible for all associate security badge system activates.

Creates product structure master data by confirming product routings and bills of materials, responsible for updating data in SAP

and related information systems. Additionally, creates SKU and packaging changes in system. Responsible for scheduling productions

of product from WIP through finished good levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all product structure mater data

• Coordinates all activities between plant and Corporate IS department

• Creates reports in ACCESS and SAP

• Creates product label formats on film and bag printers

• Directs cost estimating activities

• Responsible for label printers, installation of software, label and bar code design and related purchases

EXPERIENCE:

Two or more years of experience with SAP systems, IS support at the local level, and some production scheduling.

EDUCATION:

Associate degree preferred or equal experience.

TRAINING AND SKILLS:

SAP transactional knowledge; product structure development; intermediate IS skills; Microsoft Office products knowledge; productions scheduling techniques.
