Master Data Analyst

KE Y RESPONSIBILITIES: Support operations by creating, monitoring and analyzing master data, key data and master relationship data within the organization Ensure quality of master data in key systems as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support on-going maintenance and data integrity In collaboration with subject matter experts and data stewards, define and implement data strategy, policies, controls and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure and reliable Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements. EXPER I ENCE , SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and experience in industrial environment. Ability to create, implement, and facilitate highly independent project work. Knowledge use of continuous improvement methodologies Demonstrated skills in data administration, design and architecture Flexible and able to work within changing business conditions and technologies Detail-oriented mindset EDU C A T IO N , TRAINING, AND CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent, engineering, or industrial management. Graduate degree a plus. CR I T I C A L COMPETENCIES & CAPABILITIES: Strong Microsoft Office suite (excel) skills Must have experience with SAP; PR/PO process, goods / services description, part number nomenclature a plus, other.
