Reference : 5001064712706 Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Master Data Analyst to join our team in Hanover, PA. Under the guidance of Master Data Manager, this position will be responsible for the integrity of master data in the Utz ERP and Master Data Tool.

The position actively engages and works with cross functional teams for data updates and assists with master data related continuous improvement projects. The Master Data Analyst acts as a master data subject matter expert on various business initiatives to provide guidance as necessary on data governance processes, data maintenance and analysis. The position supports the daily management and execution of master attributes and related hierarchies across all departments.

Master data for Utz includes customers, routes, materials, warehouses, vendors, and their related hierarchies, all of which are used across Utz in both transactions and reporting. Through collaboration with business partners and MDM team members, the Analyst will ensure maintenance is executed within agreed upon service levels. This position is remote, but the candidate must be able to commute to Hanover, PA as the role requires travel for training and meetings.

Candidates must have 2-4 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field or equivalent experience. Candidates should demonstrate an understanding of customer setup, routes (both independent- and company-operated), and master data concepts is required. Candidates should be skilled at problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate status, along with proven organizational and priority-setting skills.

Candidates must be self-motivated, have strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills, as well as the ability to interact, facilitate and support multi-functional work teams while providing support to corporate and plant-based projects or programs. Relevant experience in the snack foods industry is preferred. Master Data Analyst:

Review and execute changes to Master data (Customer, customer hierarchy, product, product hierarchy, route, vendor records and others as needed) and ensure data quality aligns to agreed upon standards. Own data stewardship documentation and maintenance for specialized master data area. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve errors and assist other master data team members or business partners with related master data issues raised.

Proactively cleanse key master data to block inactive records, blocking duplicate information, enrich material characteristics, establish business partner relationships. Perform periodic data cleansing reviews to ensure quality control. Maintain data quality dashboards and scorecards for various master data elements and monitor compliance with master data governance policies and procedures, and report status.

Support project work typically led by the Senior Analysts and Master Data Manager. This position will primarily focus on completing project-based work tasks but could be asked to represent master data in project meetings based on team workload and specialized area of the project. Responsible for working with Sales, Revenue Management, Production, Procurement, Logistics, E-Commerce, Finance, and IT to continue to evolve Utz enterprise data management.

Provide guidance and training alongside Senior Analysts to master data team members and business partners. Perform periodic data cleansing reviews to ensure quality control. Review master data requests for adherence to standards for all master updates; product, vendor, plant, and customer information is added and maintained within requirements and with quality.

Execute master data updates for routes, customers, products, warehouses and vendors. May perform other duties as required. Requirements: Needs 2-4 year(s) of related experience and one of the 3 listed below:

Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University Advanced Certification and 2 years of experience Equivalent combination of education and experience Relevant experience in the snack foods industry preferred. Experience with customer setup, routes (both independent- and company-operated), master data concepts, required. Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

Proven organizational and priority-setting skills. Ability to achieve results and execute multiple simultaneous projects. Ability to both lead and work effectively in a team-based environment with multiple functional groups.

Excellent communication skills. Ability to train others in a systematic, detailed work processes. Ability to create or refine work processes to a changing IT and business environment.

Ability to interact, facilitate and support multi-functional work teams while providing support to corporate- and plant-based projects or programs. Ability to manage multiple projects, in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines, and communicating status. Demonstrated ability to resolve issues on several, higher difficulty tasks.
