Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis, a leading automotive dealership in Golden Valley, Minnesota, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Auto Technician. As a Master Auto Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-quality service and repairs to Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles. This is a full-time, base plus commission position with a flexible schedule, offering an excellent compensation package. Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic tests and complete repairs on Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards

• Inspect and test new vehicles to identify any potential issues and communicate findings to service advisors and customers

• Communicate effectively with service advisors, customers, and management regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance needs

• Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and certification programs provided by the dealership and manufacturer

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols

• Keep up with manufacturer recalls, service bulletins, and technical changes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with at least 2 years of experience working on Jaguar or Land Rover vehicles

• Current ASE certification(s) and/or manufacturer training/certification preferred

• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and tools

• Strong understanding of automotive systems and electrical components

• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
