Job Description

SUMMARY

Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively to restore equipment to proper working condition due to unplanned failure.

Work with little to no supervision.

Prepare required documentation.

Insure all health and safety guidelines are followed.

All other duties assigned by management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Master Mechanical, electrical and process skills and knowledge to effectively support operations in delivering the highest quality product.

• Ability to prioritize time effectively.

• Ability to troubleshoot high speed packaging equipment, conveyors, drives, HMIs, vision systems, weighers, diverters, case-packers and palletizers.

• Read and interpret manuals, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, CAD drawings as required to install and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.

• Teach and build capability in other technicians.

• Required to order parts.

• Required to schedule planned and unplanned repairs.

• Provide support for PM program.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Two years technical degree / associate degree of applied science emphasis on electrical or automation technology or Arkansas industrial electrical license.
