Responsibilities

You will train our world-class team of Massage Providers on the Canyon Ranch methods and techniques to ensure consistency for every individual guest experience. As the Trainer, you will continue to deliver services as a Massage Therapist while supporting the training efforts of the department.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to exhibit a positive, professional demeanor and be guest-service oriented.

Your ability to remain calm and polite in stressful situations and have excellent public relations skills is vital to your success.

We would like an administrative background and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as other computer systems as needed for the department, to be able to keep training documentation current and accurate. Excellent planning skills with the ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment, are important.

You will be able to train and facilitate presentations, with the ability to teach hands-on using the proper methods.
