Massage Therapist (On Call) - Arizona Biltmore Resort

The iconic Arizona Biltmore is looking for a Massage Therapist (On-Call) to join the Spa Team at the beautiful Tierra Luna Spa! This luxurious resort reopened in 2021 after undergoing a $70 million renovation.

Located in the heart of uptown Phoenix since 1929, this gorgeous 39-acre property has 707 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets. This includes 2 restaurants, 2 pools, 2 bars, a cafe, and in-room dining.

• Classification: On-Call

• Shift: typically, 8AM to 4PM or 11AM to 7PM approximately.

What will I be doing?

As a Massage Therapist, you would be responsible for performing massages and/or body treatments for guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Perform massage and/or body treatments

• Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products

• Maintain cleanliness of work area

• Maintain records as required by federal, state, local and company regulations

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

• Perform general Spa duties, as needed
