Licensed Massage Therapist Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs various services to clients as stated in the Cooper Spa menu according to treatment protocols and enhance the customers' experience
• Educates clients on additional treatments available
• Promotes and sells retail products
• Re-stock linen shelves in treatment spaces
• Sanitizes room and replaces linens after each treatment
• Communicate the day-to-day operation to the lead massage therapist

Requirements

The ideal Licensed Massage Therapist candidate will possess:

• Current Texas license
• Three to Five Years professional experience or combined experience and education
• Experience in all types of massage and wet treatments
• Great attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform all required services of therapist as stated in the Cooper Spa menu
• Prolonged periods of standing and climb stairs to access various treatment rooms
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. as needed
