Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP's fast paced high profile multi-jurisdictional mass torts practice seeks highly motivated 3-5 year attorney with significant litigation experience in writing and arguing motions and examination of witnesses at deposition and/or trial. Some mass tort and/or trial experience preferred but not required.

Candidate must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are located and willing to travel for depositions, hearings, and/or trials. Good communication skills and ability to work independently in order to integrate with team located throughout the United States.

Flexible hybrid work schedule may be available. Full benefits package.

Salary commensurate with experience. Bonus opportunities available.
