Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP's National litigation practice seeks recent graduates, including class of 2024 for fast-paced, high profile practice focused on mass tort claims in multiple jurisdictions. Candidate must either be admitted to practice law in the jurisdiction in which they are located, or be a candidate for the July 2024 bar exam.

Candidates must demonstrate strong writing and oral advocacy skills, and either possess or be ready to learn to use technology for litigation support, discovery, and trial graphics. Trial travel may be available. Successful applicants will be expected to participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.

Flexible hybrid work schedule may be available depending on experience level. Full benefits package. Salary and bonus eligibility commensurate with experience.
