Job Description

2nd Shift- 2:00pm-10:30pm

FUNCTION:

The Masker will perform masking and masking verifications activities in accordance with established company procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Understand and properly use applicable procedures, specifications, work instructions, etc.

  • Review, as applicable, shop travelers and purchase orders to determine required engineering / masking parameters and verification of completion of previous operations, correct quantities, correct references to workmanship / acceptance criteria, part cleanliness, damage free surfaces, etc.

  • Ensure that all test equipment and materials are maintained in good working condition and that calibration is current for items requiring calibration prior to each use.

  • Ensure control of nonconforming / age-controlled material in accordance with established procedures

  • Ensure that the finished product matches the Visual aids, Drawings, shop travelers and purchase orders.

  • Ensure to maintain traceability and shop traveler with the order.

  • Ensure to maintain the masking area clean at all the times.

  • Part marking verification.

  • Other responsibilities as needed

Level of Education:

  • GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

  • · Continuously required to move about the facility

  • · Regular moderate lifting of parts and material

  • · Exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, odors and temperature variations

  • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection and safety shoes

Note: This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $18.00 to $21.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company's medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company's 401(k) plan.

This position requires use of information or access to production processes subject to national security controls under U.S. export control laws and regulations (including, but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)). To be qualified to work in this facility, a successful applicant must be a U.S. Person, as defined in those regulations, and able to supply evidence of that qualification prior to starting work or be authorized to receive controlled information under a specific license or permission from the relevant government agency.
