Pfizer's Digital Solutions and Enablement organization is accountable for the creation, configuration, launch, and support of all externally facing digital (web, mobile, omni-channel, & device) products, platforms, services, and experiences, servicing all external customer types at Pfizer.
The DSE Marketing Technology COE team is accountable for our Marketing Technology (MarTech stack) inclusive of Digital Platforms, Digital Channel Enablement, Content Integration, and Marketing/Marketer Tools. MarTech COE will provide the digital technology leadership, oversight and accountability for the suite of tools leveraged by Pfizer's Digital Marketing Teams to provide great experiences to both internal clients and external customers. We will partner with Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, Delivery, Security, Privacy, Compliance, Legal and Operations teams to ensure alignment on governance decision making process and drive the implementation and adoption of a standard suite of marketing technology tools to maximize performance, re-use, and efficiency.
The MarTech Self Service Solutions Lead will empower digital customer facing Pfizer colleagues with tools, processes and knowledge to create outstanding experiences for our patients, health care professionals and other stakeholders. This role will drive the definition, creation, adoption and use of self service digital tools by marketing, corporate, and medical colleagues to enable agile business processes and communications.
The focus of this role will be to establish self service standards for content creation including content selection, content creation, content re-use, approval and publishing processes. Channels in scope for self-service include email, web, social media, ad-tech tools and others.
This role requires a person who will be obsessed with understanding the challenges of digital engagement at Pfizer by listening to colleagues and observing how work is performed. They will partner with cross functional teams to propose and deliver new solutions that respect the compliance, privacy and security required by Pfizer, while delivering experiences to our internal teams that consumers would expect.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering complex technology programs with a focus on delightful customer experience. Knowledge of marketing processes and workflow would are preferred. Ability to lead large scale technology programs is critical.
Manage the self-service aspects of a portfolio of Pfizer's digital marketing toolset including web publishing, outbound email, ad tech, and performance and analytics tools.
Work collaboratively with agile development teams on implementation of self-service capabilities on existing and new Pfizer digital platforms.
Document customer facing colleague's current processes and pain points, and opportunities to improve self-service capabilities.
Measure the effectiveness of digital marketer tools to ensure improvements in process and automation can be quantified.
Research alternative solutions for self-service digital tools that may improve Pfizer's effectiveness.
Drive the adoption and impact of self service toolset at Pfizer, partnering with digital colleagues to optimize processes, train users and evangelize about new ways of working.
Ensure the compliance of all self-service activity by documenting processes, participating in the creation of training programs and ensuring tools developed provide adequate controls.
7+ Years of experience with marketing tools including CMS, Analytics, Tag Management, Advertising Technology, Social Media publishing, and Marketing Automation.
Demonstrated knowledge of analytics, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
Project and program management experience and proven track record of delivering digital, technology and analytics products/solutions for external and internal customers on time and on budget.
Strong financial and budget acumen.
Agile/Lean Development knowledge, training or experience.
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate the needs of self service tools and processes at Pfizer.
Demonstrated effective organization and time management

Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
Ability to function in a dynamic work environment
Ability to work in a complex, matrix environment with indirect resources geographically distributed.

Advanced degree in computer science, analytics, marketing or related fields.
Significant experience developing and delivering digital, analytics and technology solutions in the healthcare industry.
