ITA is anticipating an upcoming opportunity for a Sr. Web Developer/SharePoint Architect for our Norfolk Naval, VA location. This position is contingent upon contract award September 2019.
Six (6) years of related Web/SharePoint development experience. o Up to two (2) years of job-related experience may be substituted for each year of IT/Cyber related college completed or for each current certification held. Minimum of four (4) years job-related experience as a Site Collection Administrator (SCA) of SharePoint 2013 (or later). Minimum of four (4) years job-related experience utilizing SharePoint content management, including comprehension and permissions model, and training user's in computer-based skills.
CompTIA Security+, GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC), Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) certification, or Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) (or higher level certification); or Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer or Expert (MCSD/MCSE); or Bachelor's Degree (or higher level degree) from an accredited University in the field of Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Management, Computer Science, Software Development, Software Engineering, or Cybersecurity required. Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification desired. ITIL Foundation certification desired.
Experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) and Microsoft SQL 2014 Server (or later). Experience in software development to include software system development, design, and testing, programming, software maintenance, configuration management, and documentation. Knowledge of SDLC Management, system analysis, structured programming, version control, quality assurance, methodologies, software testing, documentation, and end user support. Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) with Government civilian, Military personnel, and other Contractors at all levels of staff and management to assure customer satisfaction and requirements have been fully met. Meet operational requirements (i.e. contractor personnel should arrive ready to work with proper certifications) and meet minimum credential requirements IAW DoD 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, DoD 8140.01, Cybersecurity Workforce Management, SECNAV 5239.2-M, Cyberspace Information Technology and Cybersecurity Workforce Management and Qualification Manual.
