As a Barclays Markets Cyber Resiliency Program Lead, we are executing a significant BoW that includes creating ~15 new processes (contingent processes) that do not require Barclays Technology solutions across 9 Important Business Services to be used in the event of severe but plausible cyber-attack to continue operating our critical processes such as 'funding the firm'. You'll lead the delivery of 15 Contingent Process involving production of Process, Procedures and controls for each contingent process and testing of the contingent processes.

What will you be doing?

• Creating/Maintaining/Governing the plan for deliverable across all 9 Important Business Services

• Assessing the Governance and Reporting requirements and define a framework to fulfil the requirements

• Acting as the PoC for all things related to project governance and reporting

• Defining the strategy and approach for implementing the contingent processes across the 9 important business services

• Being accountable for the delivery of Contingent processes in accordance with the regulatory deadline

• Overseeing the testing of Contingent Processes both or table top in June and go-live in Nov

• Being responsible for defining the Book of work based on the regulatory commitment for 2025 and taking it through the 2025 Budget Process

What we're looking for:

• Experience of executing complex F2B programmes

• Experience in defining processes and embedding it within the organisation

• Experience in dealing with senior MD/C Suite stakeholders

• Experience in maintaining and governing project finances and Portfolio Governance

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Knowledge of Capital Markets Business

• Knowledge of defining and maintaining project finances

• Knowledge of Cyber Resiliency and the impact of it
