Performs a broad range of in-depth sales and financial analysis to help drive business performance by helping the leadership team identify and take full advantage of growth opportunities across all marketplaces.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND OTHER DUTIES
Develops and maintains all performance dashboards ? overall sales, category analysis, new items performance, promo performance, shopper behavior
Provides on-time, accurate weekly/daily reporting of sales performance and insights to business leadership
Supports the development of monthly and annual business plans, using data analysis to help identify strategic opportunities
Provides monthly sales/margin review reports, assessing trends and identifying opportunities to increase revenue while reducing costs
Supports with the evaluation of Promotional ROI
Administrates business unit financial items including invoicing, reconciliation, and profit review
Open work environment - the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
The passage of employees through the work area is higher than average
Extended hours on occasion as needed to meet deadlines
The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time while working at a desk or in meetings.
The person in this position needs to occasionally move about the inside office to access cabinets, office machinery, attend meetings, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a calculator and computer printer.
Occasionally ascends/descends stairs to attend meetings.
The person in this position frequently communicates with staff and peers who have inquiries about work progress. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
