Job Summary

Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc. Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of counter, tables, and other tools.

Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Transport supplies to beverage set-up area.

Wash soiled glassware. Remove soiled wares from counter and tables and place in designated area. Input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customer.

Take orders, record in MICROS system, issue, open, and dispense wine/beer bottles, and prepare food and coffee beverages. Present the order to the guest in a timely manner and within standards. Ensure that appliances (e.g., coffee makers) are turned on/off at the appropriate times.

Bus counter areas and tables. Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, counter, tables, and other tools, following all set-up guidelines. Wash dishes, utensils, work areas, tables and equipment throughout the day.

Obtain change required for expected business level. Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank. Secure beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure personal appearance and uniforms are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.

Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (e.g., to identify defects). Stand, sit, or walk for an extended time period of time or for an entire work shift. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.

Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform all other reasonable job duties as requested.

VIEW JOBS 3/17/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-06-15T00:00 Job Description: The Wholesale Digital Marketplace Manager will primarily be responsible for monitoring ePolicy, MAP, Third Party Marketplace activity while executing the US Wholesale digital marketplace strategy. This role will work closely with the Senior Manager to ensure strategy and implementation are phased in for all of US wholesale. This role will collaborate with sales, legal, and wholesale leadership to ensure fluid communication of monitoring and enforcement of all digital marketplace guidelines. A strong global collaboration will also exist to ensure a consistent digital approach for Reebok US wholesale as well as to capitalize on efficiencies from markets. This manager will also be responsible for utilizing and negotiating with external agencies to ensure optimal strategy execution. Key Responsibilities: * Primary contact for ePolicy topics, day-to-day MAP management and 3P enforcement of US wholesale * Full ownership of monitoring and enforcement regarding MAP, 3P and unauthorized digital sales * Delivers weekly, monthly, quarterly and adhoc MAP reporting needs to US wholesale leadership * Manages necessary digital trainings and upskilling for the US Wholesale sales team regarding ePolicy, MAP, 3P, URL approvals * Manages URL quarterly monitoring process and cross-functional communication to US Wholesale * Owns the review and communication of Online Sales Requests in conjunction with the Senior Manager * Ensures work of agencies for MAP and 3P management, while owning contracts, negotiations and managing service * Owns the communication to sales and internal collaboration regarding Reebok.com promotional activity * Collaborates with Reebok.com Paid Search team to ensure wholesale accounts are compliant * Attends Key Wholesale Account as necessary to understand their digital needs and mechanisms for growth * Supports the Senior Manager with future Loyalty program strategy connection to Reebok.com * Assists the Senior Manager with other digital projects as necessary and the digital landscape evolves Knowledge Skills and Abilities: * Ability to manage multiple projects, quantitatively and qualitatively analyze data * Strong communication and problem solving skills * Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take on new projects * Capable of working independently under little guidance on several projects simultaneously Qualifications (Minimum required education and experience): * Bachelor's degree from a four year university required, preferably in Business, Sport Management, Communications, or a related field of study * 3+ years of professional work experience is required * Previous Ecommerce, Wholesale, Sales, Footwear or Apparel experience is preferred * Passion for sports, footwear and apparel At adidas we have a winning culture.
