Marketing/Sales Intern -- Summer 2019

This position will work closely with the marketing, sales and business development teams on a number of projects including, but not limited to:

  • Support initiatives for lead generation, CRM / Marketing automation.

  • Improve our CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, by setting up a rating system to integrate with our website and integrating with all current contacts. Write the standard process for implementation.

  • Support with new leads and current contacts from our monthly webinars and website.

  • Maintain brand standards, by updating content to acceptable standards as needed.

  • Develop surveys to send through CRM

  • Create a strategy to target website traffic leads

  • Work in LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support sales and increase lead generation

Skills:

Knowledge and experience working in a Customer Relationship Management platform (CRM), Microsoft Dynamics is preferred. Knowledge of social media marketing. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint. Good communication skills. Interest and knowledge in logistics and supply chain is an asset.

Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

Education Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a business, marketing or MIS degree program with a minimum of 2 years of college course work complete.
