Working with the Marketing Team in Bethesda, MD, you will work on the following:
Assist the Event Team with all internal and external events, as assigned, such as:
JDRF Real Estate Games
Assist in day-of event coordination of participating staff
Take photos for use in WD event archives and possible social media distribution
Assist in day-of event coordination to include shuttle coordination and vendor communication.
Web Application (Web App)
Assist in the creation of content for the company's Summer Conference Web App
Become familiar with both Cvent and CrowdCompass to ensure the specifications and graphic design needs are met.
Coordinate to ensure Web App is set up in ideal format for functions needs and use
Gather, track, and receive all content to include biographies and headshots from all Client attendees.
Gather and verify use of current biography and headshot of all W&D staff.
Assist with editing and compiling all biographies to be imported into CrowdCompass Web App
Verify final content is complete and accurate before publication and distribution
Manage full process to ensure timeline and deadlines are met.
Fall Cocktail Reception
Assist in gathering and tracking all invitees
Assist in RSVP tracking leading to the upcoming event.
Education and Experience:
Enrolled full-time and pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an undergraduate program at an accredited university
Entering your Sophomore, Junior, or Senior year
Be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
Maintained at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA
Be able to provide a copy of your college transcripts upon request
Relevant work experience a plus
Able to start May 18th, 2020
