TCG is looking for a Marketing Generalist with a strong flair for writing content in the B2B space. In this role you will work with a small and talented team of dedicated professionals that values humor and a roll up your sleeves can do attitude. You will produce internal and external marketing materials for a Global Product marketing team, and superb copy-editing and writing skills are a must.


Responsibilities: ? Develop concepts and write copy for marketing material including, PowerPoints, video scripts, white papers, and some print deliverable. ? Develop copy for internal and external promotional materials for B2B companies I the tech industry. ? Prepare scripts for broadcast, print, and web projects, such as banner ads, websites, and email campaigns ? A proven track record of solid copyediting history is a huge plus for this position ? The ideal candidate will have very good PowerPoint/Microsoft Office skills and intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). The U.S. Central Marketing Organization (USCMO) is looking for a Senior Events Marketing Manager to plan, execute and evaluate a portfolio of events. Events are a primary way we engage with existing and potential customers. As the Event Lead, you'll be responsible for shaping the event strategy, driving execution, managing resources, delivering the experience, and evaluating the results for insights and ongoing improvements. As a Senior Events Marketing Manager, you will identify and share event best practices, ensure event content scales through digital extension, share business insights based on data-driven dashboards, and develop as a SME within the events marketing discipline. Your portfolio of events will primarily be WW and US-led scaled events. If you have a passion for developing event strategy and driving innovation, then you might be a good fit for this role. The USCMO is the "marketing department" for the US, responsible for driving business impact through our Digital Transformation storytelling. The Role * Drive alignment of event objectives, planning and execution with a set of WW and US stakeholders. * Lead event execution from inception to completion leveraging USCMO resources and aligned vendors. * Identify key success marketing factors to drive effectiveness and ensure proper lead routing and reporting. * Drive continuous improvement in event efficiency and effectiveness. This includes ensuring goals and success metrics are trending according to plan, strategy and content fit across journey maps, and the experiences are connected within our broader marketing transformation approach. Sell in recommendations to senior leadership, product management and the partner organization ways to bring innovation and better alignment of our core messages to our customers through event experiences. * Bachelors degree strongly preferred * 10+ years of similar/applicable experience * Minimum 5 years experience planning and executing events * Ability to lead a team and drive business outcomes. * Exceptional collaboration and cross-organization/cross-function communication and teamwork. * Storytelling skills to sell in ideas and improve customer experiences. * Ability to set and drive requirements across multiple functional areas. * Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills are required. * Self-motivated and directed person, requiring minimal supervision for successful assignment completion. * Constant learner and ability to identify, share and apply insights for continual improvement.
