The Marketing Traffic Coordinator will manage the internal creative production process from concept through release ensuring on time delivery and flawless execution. This position is responsible for the planning, scheduling, development and execution of marketing materials including but not limited to in-store signage, direct mail, email, paid media, web, social and other assets for internal and external communication. In addition, you are responsible for managing all workflows into and out of the department, creating and maintaining agreed upon timelines, running status meetings, knowing where projects are at all times, ensuring timely releases to the designated party and having a sense of urgency where HOT projects are concerned.

Serve as the day-to-day contact regarding project execution.
Responsible for overall prioritization and scheduling of marketing projects.
Monitor projects from initiation through delivery and maintain comprehensive project documentation via Updates in Workfront.
Oversee full execution of assigned marketing projects including extensive proof-reading of materials for accuracy and consistency across all channels.
Thoroughly understand project coordination and define schedules for on-time delivery of assets.
Schedule jobs and assign to creative team.
Expert in scheduling by assessing channel requirements, level of effort, delivery/deployment dates and identifying jobs that should route together.
Set up cross-functional kick-off meetings as needed for key campaigns.
Ensure content (e.g., messaging, vendor requirements, legal, program/event details) is communicated clearly in campaign brief and follow up on missing or unclear information.
Rush job requests: Review projects in pipeline and collaborate with design/copy and business owner on prioritization.
Lead weekly status meetings (Hot List) and identify potential timeline hurdles.
Generate reports on job status and upcoming/overdue milestones.
Anticipate/recognize problems/potential problems affecting project deadlines and take necessary corrective action.
Identify and escalate as needed, risks and issues impacting project delivery, quality or timeline.
Manage requests for changes and prioritize work based upon business needs and available resources.
Communicate any changes on assigned projects to design/copy.
Proof assets prior to routing.
Route jobs for approvals to all stakeholders.

Set up "War Room" for weekly Omni-Channel and Customer Experience walk-through.
Marketing Operations Department Related:
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with all departments.
Understand and support all functions and the processes of Marketing Operations Manager.
Excel at utilizing the Workfront project management system.
Ensure all job tickets submitted to Workfront are complete with supporting documentation and processed in a timely manner in accordance with workload.
Lead the weekly status meeting (Hot List).
Execute set up for weekly Omni Channel and Customer Experience wall review.
Performs other duties as required
