JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

The Marketing Technology Specialist will work with the Marketing Technology Team Lead, channel owners and developers, and other teams and positions within the organization to develop, implement, connect, and maintain new or existing multi-channel marketing initiatives.

Essential Functions

• Assist the Marketing Technology Team Lead with cross functional team partnerships both inside and outside of the company on the execution of all Marketing Technology initiatives such as platform migrations, product implementations, strategy adjustments, etc. through the full process from conception to execution to achieve company goals and drive results

• Maintain understanding and working knowledge of the data and platform integrations across all digital channels and the relationship between all company channels

• Ownership of the day-to-day, hands-on execution of all things emails & SMS (pulling audiences, segmenting, inputting copy and creative assets, updating code, testing and sending proofs and final automation or scheduling) within the HubSpot Marketing Hub

• Monitor email/SMS health metrics, deliverability, sender score, and IP address statuses within the Everest platform to ensure high deliverability of emails to the customer, maintain a high sender score and prevent suspension or blacklisting

• Monitor database hygiene for 6M+ contacts and scrub regularly using integrated validation tools

• Coordinate with the Marketing Team to prepare and present monthly reporting on marketing tools the MarTech team owns (website, email, sms, etc.)

• Own the Yext relationship/integration, including but not limited to listing management, store hour updates, and suggestion monitoring for 800+ locations

• Assist Web Developer with promotional changes to the website and other standard WordPress development updates

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Education and Experience

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience

• 1 - 2 years of marketing technology, digital marketing, email/SMS, and/or developer experience

• Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub

Additional Eligibility Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

• Familiarity with Yext, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google My Business a plus

• Expected to be comfortable working independently and collaboratively
