The Marketing Technology Manager is responsible for developing and implementing Marketing strategies to support the bank's business units and products. The Marketing Technology Manager must remain up-to-date on industry trends, as well as bank products, activities and goals to identify opportunities to develop marketing and communication strategies surrounding them. This individual must be a strong communicator, use creative thinking and problem-solving skills, be adaptable and able to manage competing priorities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage customer relationship management (CRM) system, including data mapping, analysis, campaign assignments, development of an action plan for improvements and strategic recommendations.
Drive change within the bank to execute the approved customer strategy.
Assist in the development of training content to ensure associates are properly trained across business units.
Ensure that the CRM system facilitates Simmons Bank's customer strategy to allow the field to grow relationships.
Continuous communication across internal departments and track projects to completion.
Administer technology platforms related to the CRM program. Work with IT and third parties to ensure platform availability, improve user experience and functionality.
Derive and provide customer insights to the marketing team and business partners, using the CRM and related data and platforms.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
