Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Technologist to optimize our efforts in maintaining and developing a highly integrated marketing tech stack. The primary focus of this role is to develop, execute on, and maintain marketing technologies. This position will frequently coordinate with multiple departments, including IT, Sales, Services, and outside SaaS providers. Trouble-shooting tracking and functionality issues within marketing will be a part of the position as needed. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of best marketing practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and execute campaigns using marketing tools and technologies to engage clients, potential clients, and past clients. (Email, SMS, chat primarily).

• Coordinate and develop automated reporting for marketing functions.

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment and success of marketing initiatives.

• Analyze technology trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

• Implement and manage marketing technologies, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and other marketing software.

• Track and report on key performance metrics related to marketing activities, including email, SMS, web, and user metrics.

• Drive continuous improvement through testing, optimization, and iteration of marketing technology strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, or related field;

• Exceptionally strong project management abilities.

• Expert knowledge of webhooks, APIs/API protocols, and implementation integrating solutions across highly varied marketing platforms.

• Extensive WordPress experience necessary; experience across varied CMS platforms helpful.

• Strong general technology knowledge. (Message queues, SQL, mySQL, etc.)

• Strong understanding of AI implementation for marketing and sales purposes.

• Experience in call and SMS monitoring , management , tracking platforms (Gong, CallRail, Twilio, SBT, etc.).

• Email campaign creation ability from single send to complex drip campaigns with behaviorally based flows and triggers. (Creative experience valued, but not required.)

• Understanding of applicable web-based languages; html & JS in particular.

• Forward looking and proactive thinker with a passion for innovation and finding new ways to reach and engage target audiences.

• Bilingual fluency in English / Spanish is a plus.
