Marketing Systems Administrator
Reports To: CMO Marketing and E-Commerce
Required hours/schedule: 8am to 5pm CST

North American Savings Bank (NASB) is looking for a Marketing Systems Administrator to manage our marketing tech stack including Velocify, Five9, and Total Expert. This role will support the customer journey from lead to brand advocate by creating dynamic, data-driven contact strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales to define and refine ways that marketing can support sales' efforts through email, direct mail, text, and calls.
What you can expect to work on
Oversee and administer Velocify, Five9, and Total Expert.
Troubleshoot and resolve CRM, lead management, and dialer system as the first point of contact for user and technology issues
Collaborate with the lending leadership team to identify improvements for processes in technology platforms
Actively monitor and analyze call performance and lead management for loan officers.
Collaborate on the contact strategy creation from ideation through execution and implementation for mortgage lending and retail banking cross sell.
Analyze marketing automation, gather reporting, and provide feedback to increase customer engagement, and create a positive customer experience.
Report gathering and analysis to optimize touchpoints and boost conversions.
What you offer us
Proficiency with lead management systems such as Velocify, Insellerate, or comparable tools.
Proficiency with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, Eloqua or Pardot.
Proficiency with Five9, Genesys, or comparable dialer systems.
Proficiency managing data, developing and deploying triggered journey tactics including direct mail, email, text, and other tactics as appropriate.
Good quantitative skills - able to extrapolate information and apply to other areas.
Able to understand and influence tactical details, while identifying and communicating items of primary importance.
Able to review large sets of data and evaluate for consistency and accuracy.
Ability to formalize and standardize process flows and quality control procedures.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and flexible, able to manage multiple priorities at once.
Strong analytics ability, able to dig into data to uncover new opportunities.
