The McOpCo Marketing Supervisor will report directly to the Marketing Manager, and will support the Manager with all development of local marketing and execution of national and coop marketing at the corporate owned restaurants. This team is responsible for developing, designing and executing marketing plans and materials that drive sales, traffic, market share and financial results. This role requires excellent project management skills, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, creative excellence, and analytical skills. The McOpCo marketing team executes across the following (1) LSM - Local Store Marketing (2) National Plan Execution (3) coop plan execution (4) Grand Openings (5) Delivery (6) Business Support and Analysis. Key cross-functional partners include McOpCo Operations Officer, Operations Managers, Operations Supervisors, and Restaurant Management.
In conjunction with McOpCo leadership, the McOpCo Marketing Supervisor is accountable for maintaining a customer point of view and strong brand focus.
Supports in the development and management of marketing plans that acquire new consumers, and retain existing consumers while obtaining financial results. Tracks LSM and restaurant data on a monthly basis.
Leads McOpCo Division LSM plan to include but not limited to add-on strategy, sampling, price promotions, analysis of program(s), and community outreach.
Implements the strategic direction of the Retail team in the development of menu and retail marketing materials for the restaurants. These include menu boards, POP, etc.
Ensures the proper use of the McDonald's trademarks, logos, producer's licenses and advertising materials are in compliance with McDonald's legal and creative guidelines.
Builds strong relationships and fosters teamwork among McOpCo marketing staff, McOpCo Operations staff, deployment, restaurant managers, and vendors.
Execution of the national marketing plan through partnership with deployment to execute product launch plans. Manages all field needs including collaboration with Field Marketing teams to ensure local executions are effective and impactful.
Works with the Marketing Manager to develop strategy and planning of district marketing programs including post-analysis. Collaborates with the larger operations team to drive strategically aligned initiatives.
Works collaboratively with and manages communications to Operations Staff and Restaurant Managers regarding promotions, pricing and marketing programs.
Creative execution. Coordinates the development of low cost, brand aligned, effective marketing materials through vendor relationships and utilization of negotiation skills.

Results driven and proactive - 100% strategic execution of all national and coop marketing programs to ensure sales and guest count targets are met. Leads the process for development, execution and evaluation of local marketing plans (i.e. Competitive Restaurant, New Restaurant, Grand Opening, etc.).
Works directly with the Marketing Manager to support the design of marketing activities that align with business priorities and support all national promotions with flawless execution and revenue with agreed upon Key Performance Indicators.
Monitors competitor activity and market trends to find opportunities and generate creative ideas and aids in bringing innovative ideas and recommendations to ensure the brand remains modern and progressive.
Supports in the evaluation and communicates learning from pre and post promotion analysis working in conjunction with Marketing Manager and Business Insight team. Ensures findings are shared with teams and applied to future campaigns. Leads internal sharing of campaign work once completed and influences decision-making.
Interprets and evaluates data in an effort to provide recommendations (POV) and/or presentations to McOpCo Operations business partners (i.e. Officer, Manager, Consultant, HR, etc.). Gathers and analyzes information related to sales, P&L, promotional evaluation, competition, general economic trends.
