As the Marketing Strategy and Operations Manager, you will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations and work closely with the greater Revenue Marketing team to turn data into stories. You'll own projects from inception to execution and delivery, ensuring that marketing programs and initiatives are positioned to drive growth.


  • Develop a repository and single source of truth for marketing analytics information including templates, planning inputs, and reports/dashboards.

  • Serve as a primary source of analytic oversight within the Marketing org, identifying inconsistencies/dependencies in data and working with stakeholders to make necessary next steps.

  • Consolidate and synthesize weekly & quarterly status reports in partnership with the team and provide related logistical support.

  • Create and scale global reporting to provide a holistic understanding of demand gen performance, attribution, growth drivers, engagement, and trending.

  • Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Operations, and Finance

  • Communicate findings and recommendations in a way that is clear and actionable for employees at all levels.

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive forecasting tool to inform planning, budget allocation, and marketing channel efficiency recommendations.

  • Develop and manage the budget tracking document for the Revenue Marketing team.


  • 5+ years experience with a mix of strategy & operations in a technology company or top-tier consulting firm/investment bank with strong exposure to technology/software data

  • Analytical thinker who enjoys working deeply with data to uncover insights.

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and visualization (SQL, statistical modeling, Tableau, etc.) to solve complex business problems.

  • B2B SaaS attribution modeling and ROI analysis. (Bizible or other experience is a plus)Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong business acumen and with the ability to apply context to sanity-check numbers

Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated effective listening and communication skills with the ability to synthesize data collected and identify the root of problems/causes.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing Strategy and Analytics, you will support our team's initiatives by identifying business needs and requirements, applying standard methodologies, implementing recommendations, and providing governance of our processes. What You'll Do * Assist with driving improvements to our lead/account scoring and routing methodology to ensure quality leads are passed to sales development and increase efficiencies and conversion rates * Develop, document, and communicate marketing standard methodologies for maintenance of campaigns, programs, nurtures, and program metrics * Analyze current marketing activities, performance, and investment levels, and recommend improvements * Partner with Sales operations and other Go-To-Market teams on cross-functional initiatives that impact global sales efforts * Identify improvements to grow the Marketing database while ensuring data integrity and governance * Partner with the Business Planning and Analytics teams to define the CMO dashboard, Marketing health metrics, and Key Performance Indicators for the marketing funnel * Create regular reporting of Marketing Key Performance Indicators and surface business insights, by analyzing data from lead attribution, pipeline metrics, and other marketing programs * Become a trusted subject matter expert on how internal systems work, and manage, prioritize and respond to requests from the marketing team Your Qualifications Must-haves: * 3-5 years of experience with an Enterprise or SaaS software provider * 2-3 years of experience in an enterprise Marketo environment or similar * Hands-on experience in CRM (Salesforce) and integrating those systems with other technologies * Proven ability to bring alignment, negotiate and provide guidance to partners, and drive projects to completion * Excellent written and oral communication skills that provide the necessary context, analysis, and recommendations to drive action and accountability from local and remote teams * Experience designing processes that scale * Experience in reporting on marketing performance, analyzing data, and communicating business insights that drive action Nice-to-haves: * Hands-on experience with Bizible, LeanData, Salesloft, data appending tools, intent, and ABM tools * Experience in marketing enterprise technology - SaaS (Software as a Service) - with a B2B focus * Experience in a high-growth digital marketing environment * Experience in data management, compliance, governance, quality, and measurement Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
