For the assigned area of responsibility, the MS is accountable to deliver on the Global Risk Advisory and Brand, Communications, Marketing and Insights ("BCMI") vision by:Developing the marketing strategy and execution plan that aligns to our Global Risk Advisory business strategy, as well as local priorities * Collaborating across global and local networks to amplify our marketing effort while also sharing in the responsibility to deliver world-class innovative and creative marketing * Creating impactful experiences for our clients externally and talent internally around the world * Delivering exceptional value to grow the business and embracing consistent delivery through the use of globally-endorsed frameworks, trainings, tools, and technologiesKey responsibilities: * Demonstrate Global Risk Advisory business and strategy understanding informed by research, data and engagement with stakeholders * Develop Global Risk Advisory marketing strategy including campaign identification and prioritization, leveraging the Strategic Marketing Framework ("SMF"). Provide on-going management of the plan from ideation through execution. MS is accountable for managing the annual planning exercise and budget. * Provide strategic counsel, idea generation and consultation in support of the business. Ask probing questions to understand objectives, challenge the status quo and provide innovative and impactful ideas leveraging both internal Deloitte and external market channels. Steer decision-making and negotiation by articulating pros/cons of options and bring a distinct and informed point of view. * Influence stakeholders and collaborators, owning a "seat at the table". MS engages regularly with stakeholders as a trusted advisor and is confident asking probing questions, giving input and lobbying for ideas. * Collaborate and across member firms / local markets, as well as Global businesses and Global Clients & Industries to execute prioritized global and local campaigns * Use data to assess market and competitive landscape, inform strategy and decisions, and build effective and differentiated campaigns that emphasize Deloitte's distinctive value proposition. Embed measurement into marketing activities to demonstrate effectiveness and ROI. Actively engage and counsel stakeholders in setting KPIs and reinforce a results-culture by reporting regularly on performance of campaigns and the overall strategy * Act as the creative strategist and brand champion on campaigns, drafting effective Brief documentation, crystalizing objectives, guiding internal and external channel mix; and bringing innovative, original thinking to the creative process to create brand distinction * Lead as a creative collaborator, inspiring the best work from creative teams by stimulating diverse input, driving a challenging exploratory process, and orchestrating symbiotic relationships between creative teams and stakeholders * Build and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that effectively harness digital and creative possibilities to engage target audiences and drive measurable business results. * Demonstrate great storytelling ability, both written and verbal. * Lead and develop talent through direct management and through collaboration and community building.
