Your Role:

Be a lead strategist for digital clients

Be a demonstrated self-starter and work well within a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary team to deliver client success

Provide client counsel while serving as a strategic driver for client meetings and presentations

Expand the digital deliverables and offerings for our team

Assist in the development and implementation of paid, owned and earned programs

Efficiently manage client and team resources and deliverables around major campaigns and projects

Manage multiple projects at various stages simultaneously, while managing budgets and staffing around programs and campaigns

Be able and eager to quickly learn new systems, tools, approaches and platforms

Your Profile:

Bachelors Degree

4-6 years of experience within the digital marketing industry with a strong understanding of integrated strategies

3+ years team management experience leading small groups and projects

Experience in B2B marketing (specifically in energy, tech, healthcare, finance or higher education)

Background in demand gen, lead gen and social media marketing

Experience in integrated digital marketing strategy and execution

Ability to build fully-integrated strategies for major campaigns, product launches and digital assets for the world's biggest brands

Experience in conducting research of various types such as market landscape, persona, competitor and content research

Experience in development of project plans, calendars, and workflow processes

Ability to brainstorm and pitch compelling ideas for performance campaigns and projects

Deep experience within cross-channel digital marketing strategies, working closely with different teams including creative, media, planning and PR

Strong understanding of digital analytics, measurement and performance-driven insights

Keen interest in staying current with industry trends and updates that directly and indirectly affect our clients and our digital practice

You will oversee product marketing programs, channel management, sales tool development, event management, integrated marketing campaign development, market/customer/competitor intelligence, digital marketing and social media strategy, planning, and execution. How you will do it * Create, communicate and execute marketing strategy for FSP business working across functions, Natural Business Units (NBUs), and regions to ensure consistency of message and effectiveness of investments. * Drive effective mix of programs to support growth objectives, while managing mix across the base, new markets and future/adjacent markets. * Define key messages and proof points - sustainable and competitively differentiated - across the portfolio, and ensure consistency of use and application across FSP. * Support product marketing efforts to define product line value propositions and incorporate into overall Business Unit value propositions and messages. * Within FSP, work closely with Product Management, Sales and Leadership to deliver timely and accurate global market assessments, trend analysis, and strategic implications/actions. * Liaise with corporate marketing leadership and team to leverage centralized functions and adopt best-in-class practices for FSP. * Manage trade show engagement for FSP. * Manage existing sales tools including mobile apps, as well as future tools. * Define optimal website strategies, and work with communications and corporate teams to implement. * Drive digital marketing excellence including conceptualization, implementation and measurement. * Oversee brand management and product naming. * Manage internal communications within FSP including newsletters, announcements and leader communications. * Point of contact for all crisis communications needs of the FSP business. * Be a key member of the FSP Leadership team and be a key contributor to development and implementation of our overall global strategy and annual operating plan. What we look for Required * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field. * Minimum 10+ years' experience in marketing, complemented by a strong understanding of the building/construction industry. * Demonstrable skills in delivering business results through effective marketing. * Experience managing a diverse global team in a highly-matrixed environment. * Self-starter that possesses strong interpersonal and communications skills. * Must be able to lead through influence and team work. * Must think strategically, yet execute to plan. * Travel is required 20% of the time.
