Accountabilities in this role
Sr. Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for content development and management for the marketing team, facilitating the supplier promotional planning and lifecycle management processes, and development of program case studies.
Develop (and assist others to develop) strong promotional content to influence supplier and retail independent participation of promotional solutions/programs; this could include writing, designing, proofing, repurposing, and development of materials across a range of advertising vehicles
Ensure the supplier promotional planning process is executed in a timely and effective manner to increase revenue year over year ; this could include meeting management, updating media guides and supplier materials, post survey, and process improvement recommendations
Develop case studies on retail success stories that can be utilized by sales team to help in solution enrollment and drive confidence in offerings
Manages a series of marketing reports on a routine basis including their development, execution, and analysis for insight.
Researches and updates image library to ensure brand adherence in advertising.
Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
2+ years experience in related field, preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Proficient in InDesign (or similar design software), strongly preferred
