Program manages and leads implementation of theater/local marketing campaigns. Leads implementation of the following: sales training content, ABM/DBM and proposals, client events, marketing collateral development/translation, budget reporting, and market intelligence research. Provide thought leadership support in developing new value propositions, new product/service strategies into the market. Leads the effort in developing any required Marketing and thought leadership collaterals, including differentiated Value Propositions, Messaging Framework, personas-based playbooks, white papers for all solutions across Business Units. Solves complex problems across one or more marketing functions. Provide thought leadership support in developing new value propositions, new product/service strategies into the market .Works closely with Marketing Director on activities, and leads (directly or indirectly) teams from program management perspective to execute overall marketing and program strategy.
Supports and, in some (solutions) areas, leads the effort for the lifecycle of offerings from defining requirements to defining launch and promotional activities
Provide thought leadership support in developing new value propositions, new product/service strategies into the market
Leads the Program Management effort for all Global Marketing Program across Business Units
o Program Planning, Tracking and Reporting working along with Global Marketing leads
Lead the effort in developing any required Marketing and thought leadership collaterals, including differentiated Value Propositions, Messaging Framework, personas-based playbooks, white papers etc., for all solutions across Business Units
Leads efforts in developing, program managing Referenceability program
Provide support in Validating value proposition and messaging with Sales and Solution Managers
Leads the effort in the development of an integrated visual library across all distribution channel types for major campaigns
Provides strategy and tactical support for Deal based and Account based activities
Manages marketing automation tool (e.g., Eloqua) to set-up, launch, score, nurture and manage campaigns
May lead and manage teams across multiple competencies or may lead multiple portfolios from a marketing standpoint
Support the development and maintenance of Unisys.com and other digital assets
Support in researching and deploying new and emerging technologies and applications to support marketing
Key Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in marketing or business is required. A minimum of 8 years of relevant strategic and tactical marketing or sales experience is required. Experience in building, managing & retaining cross competency teams Experience managing people Relationship Management skills Strong written communication skills Strong presentation skills Experience with marketing / sales automation tools such as Eloqua and/or Salesforce.com Experience in social media and digital marketing
